~ PLAT CHANGE PROCESS PROPOSED.
POINTS TO CONSIDER
  • A Plat is a legal codification of what will be developed within a property boundary. It general includes lot boundaries, parks, easements (utilities, drainage), streets and rights of way.
  • This change as proposed would remove public participation and input.
  • Contact your Commissioners and object to having this on the Consent Agenda,
  • as well as approving this without changes to allow for public input and notice.
